These terms govern the packing, moving, transport, warehousing and related services provided by 1stVRL Packers and Movers ("we", "us"), Building No. 705, Sector 7, Panchkula, Haryana 134109. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to them.

1. Quotations

• All quotations are provided in writing, itemised, and remain valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• The quoted price covers the inventory, addresses, floors and services declared at the time of quoting. Significant changes to these may revise the quote, always with your prior approval.
• The price we quote is the price you pay — no hidden charges.

2. Booking & payment

• A booking is confirmed on payment of a small token amount; the balance is payable after delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments are accepted only to our company account (UPI/bank transfer/cards) with a GST invoice. Never pay to personal accounts of any individual claiming to represent us.
• Full advance payment is never demanded.

3. Your responsibilities

• Declare the complete and accurate inventory before the move.
• Carry jewellery, cash, documents and other valuables personally.
• Inform us in advance about fragile, oversized or special-handling items, society/lift restrictions, and parking constraints.
• Ensure the premises are accessible at the scheduled time.

4. Items we do not carry

Hazardous or flammable materials, perishables, live plants and pets, illegal goods, and items prohibited by law. We may refuse any item that risks the safety of the shipment or crew.

5. Insurance & liability

• Transit insurance is available for every move; coverage terms are explained before booking.
• Our liability for loss or damage, where no insurance is taken, is limited to reasonable repair or depreciated value as per standard industry terms.
• We are not liable for delays or damage caused by events beyond our control (weather, accidents, road closures, government restrictions), though we will keep you informed throughout.

6. Cancellation & rescheduling

Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled move.

7. Website content

Content on this site (text, design, logos) is our property and may not be copied without permission. Rates shown on the site are indicative ranges; your written quotation is the final price.

8. Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to the courts of Panchkula, Haryana, India.
