Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans change — we get it. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work at 1stVRL Packers and Movers.
1. Free cancellation & rescheduling
- Up to 24 hours before your scheduled move: cancel or reschedule free of charge. No penalties, no questions.
- Your new date is subject to availability; we always try to accommodate your first preference.
2. Cancellations within 24 hours
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move, or after the crew has been dispatched, may forfeit the token booking amount to cover crew and vehicle allocation.
- The balance amount, if any paid, is always refunded in such cases.
3. No-show
If our crew arrives and the move cannot proceed due to premises access, incomplete information, or unavailability at the scheduled time, actual costs incurred (crew + vehicle) may be deducted from any advance paid.
4. Refund process

5. Service issues
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, tell your move manager first — most issues are resolved the same day. Genuine service failures are reviewed for partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.
